Windows Symptom 1

 If the computer is just slow and/or get popups, you probably have some sort of spyware or adware. We suggest scanning with Ad-Aware or Spybot.

 If your computer has any more symptoms besides these two like fake warnings, fake programs, a change in background, or other weird things, you probably have a virus. You should probably install an anti-virus like Symantec and scan. Some viruses are pretty tough, so if you can't get your computer virus-free bring it to us.
